Job Description
Summary:
Responsible for the daily administrationof general policies and programs covering compensation, benefits, training andemployee relations issues. Providerecommendations in the development of employee policies.
Responsibilities:
Administer one or more of the humanresource functions including compensation & benefits, training and employeerelations.
Assist in the development andimplementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Handle employee relation’s issues.
Assist in the preparation of reports forlegislated requirements or organizational needs.
Provide accurate and timely informationand assistance to internal customers.
Requirements:
Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpretand address customer needs.
Knowledge of PC applications.
Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices
Knowledge of human resources practices and methodologies.
Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a timecritical environment.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing businessneeds and processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 3 years related experience in Human
Resources or related area.
Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
