Research and Evaluation Specialist
6-Month Contract (With High Possibility of Extension to Full-Time)
ABOUT KOVACS GROUP INC.
Kovacs Group (KG) Inc. works on complex multi-stakeholder initiatives that impact communities. We focus our work on three core areas: research and evaluation, facilitation and community collaboration, and strategy and planning.
We have clients in healthcare, education, government, and non-profit sectors from small grassroots groups to large international organizations. We collaborate with purpose-driven game-changers, change-makers, and visionaries to help them meet their goals and facilitate impactful change.
What We’re Looking for in a Research and Evaluation Specialist
You’ll enjoy working with our small team if you are self-motivated and work well both independently and collaboratively. We’re a team that works hard to exceed expectations of clients, anticipate the needs of fellow team members, and foster strong relationships. We’re looking for someone who can do the same.
We’re the type of team that does what we say we’re going to do and relentlessly pursues excellence in our work. We do what it takes to do the work right, not just to get it done. We are a team that values open communication, honesty, and a commitment to continued learning. We also don’t take ourselves too seriously, are known to love a good meme, and try to bring fun into the work we do. If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.
All of our team members work remotely. You’ll want to consider this carefully before applying for this role, as working from home is not for everyone. You’ll need to have a quiet space to work and a high level of self-discipline. You’ll also need to be comfortable using technology to connect and meet with team members.
