Signature Graphics is currently looking for a highly motivated, sign industry Production Team Member to join our dynamic team.

This position reports to a General Manager and requires a capable individual to perform physically demanding work, under pressure, in a team environment, installing signs and displays in every type of application (ground, concrete, drywall, brick, plaster, etc.). Assistance with Shop fabrication needed when not on-site installing. Vehicle wrapping skills, wide format printing and vinyl cutting experience are an asset.

Applicants should demonstrate skills working with metal/wood/plastics, both exterior and interior, ability to work on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding. Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 75lbs, able to sit and / or stand for long periods of time.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

• Perform production and installation work and for both interior and exterior signs
• Ability to read work orders, plans and drawings, demonstrate good math and problem-solving skills
• Meet scheduled due dates and times
• Maintain quality and standards of installation
• Provide fabrication support on assigned projects to meet scheduled due dates
• Provide on-site coordination and supervision of sub-contractors when used.
• Perform final on-site inspection on completed jobs
• Perform site surveys and evaluations as needed
• Monitor use of install tools, equipment, and machinery
• Maintain safety standards, cleaning, and organization of site work areas
• Follow proper safety procedures and always use required safety equipment
• May be required to perform various shop task as scheduled and staffing dictates

Qualifications:

• Requires 1-3 years of construction experience. Sign industry experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with fabrication, electrical, general shop machinery, tools, and equipment use helpful.
• Skilled in organizing and planning to meet project needs and schedules
• Good math skills, and the ability to read and follow plans and instructions
• Written and verbal skills required in English
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understand and comply with all safety rules
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Enthusiasm and strong work ethic are required
