CSR – Sales Order Desk ~ Contract Opportunity Available Today in London
Our client, located on South East London, has an immediate opening for an office assistant. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and who can jump in and help where needed. This is a contract position running through to March 2015.

Responsibilities may include:
- Inside sales and customer service
- Answer phones, process and distribute faxes
- Data entry
- Process orders and transactions
- Submit requisitions for stock
- Price customer orders
- Coordinate special orders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years previous office or customer service experience
- Experience working with JD Edwards is an asset, but not required
- Intermediate level MS office skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Well organized, able to multitask
