Job Description

LucasWorks is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator/Accounting Assistant for a manufacturing facility in London, ON.

The Accounting function of this role will be to complete the daily business accounting functions including; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and employee payroll utilizing Simply Accounting.

The Office Administrator function of this role will be to ensure and maintain employee relations, track attendance and performance reviews, fax, photocopy and scan documentation, answer all incoming calls, attend to visitors that come to the facility, and oversee purchasing of office supplies.

The Successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

·         Excellent knowledge of Simply Accounting and Microsoft Access

·         College Diploma- Office Administration

·         Excellent customer service and time management skills

·         Proven ability to problem solve, multi task and work independently

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
