Position: Product Line Manager – Apparel (12 month contract)
Location: London, Ontario

Columbia Sportswear Canada LP is seeking a Product Line Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Product Line Manager will work as a part of the Columbia Apparel team aiding in establishing the Canadian seasonal assortments. Duties include assisting in the development of pricing strategies, product lines and collections and work with Sales and Marketing to aid in the execution of bringing the line to the marketplace.
The ideal candidate would possess knowledge of apparel merchandising processes. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of problem solving, decision making and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to coordinate projects simultaneously and to operate independently and with discretion. Ability to work effectively under pressure to hit tight deadlines. Proficiency in retail math and strong general math skills is an asset.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or equivalent work experience, and 3-5 years Apparel merchandising or Apparel sales experience. Candidates with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.
