Agilus Tillsonburg is recruiting for a Permanent/ Full Time Team Leader for a well-known moving company, in Tillsonburg Ontario.

Overview:

To coordinate the operations and team members with focus on safety for employees, quality customer service and efficiency.

       Job Description:

• Managing and supervising a crew of movers (2-6 people)


• Responsible for driving the moving truck and trailer


• Filling out safety inspections daily


• Supervising, packing/loading and unloading trailers or trucks


• There will be heavy lifting required when assisting crew


• Problem solving and critical thinking


• Customer Service 
  

   

  
  

  Hours of Work & Wage:

  
  

   Hours may range day to day

  
  

   

  
  


• 3 - 14 hours per day (not average, but that can be the range throughout the year)


• Typically work 35-44(+) hours a week in the busy time and 25-35 in the slower times


• $17/hr to start. A tier pay system will be put into place for increases based on performance.

          Qualifications:

         Customer Service and Moving experience an asset
