Job Description
Talentcor London is currently recruiting for a Technical Inside Sales Representative in London, On. This is a permanent opportunity.
Do you have a strong sense of detail paired with excellent analytical skills? Do you have a background in Hydraulics?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
-Sales Generation – Collaborate with outside sales, reviewing current/existing sales and quotes.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability or specifications.
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sales items
- Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles.
-Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns. Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected dates of delivery
-Expedite production orders when required. Review customer rush shipments due in current day.
-Remain current on consumer preferences, changes in local codes and product developments by attending sales meetings, vendor training, trade shows or reading trade journals.
Qualifications:
-Hydraulics industry and product knowledge
-3-5 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience
