Job Description
QC Supervisor /QA Engineer
Our client located in South Western Ontario is in search of a QC Supervisor / QA Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this position:
-to coordinate, and direct quality control activities.
-ensure continuous production of product consistent with company standards
-supervise hourly QC employees
-keep QC database up to date
- Inspect, measure, and perform tests on manufactured products and record those findings
-proceed with non-conforming material reviews and report non-conforming material metrics
-promote an atmosphere of continuous improvement within the QC lad and on the plant floor
REQUIREMENTS:
-2-5 years of experience in QC or relevant experience
-Education related to Quality -ASQ certification, QC certification/diploma or degree
-supervisory experience an asset
-understanding of ISO procedures
-strong communication and organizational skills
