Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Claims Administrator for an evaluation hire opportunity for our client in London, ON! The pay rate for this role is dependent upon experience
Job Requirements:
- Customer service via phone and written correspondence, follow up when required
- Answering questions
- Providing quotes
- Other administrative duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a customer service, Group Insurance experience preferred
- Proficient with computer, MS Access preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional maturity and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
