Job Description
Express SRG is recruiting for a Service Technician Supervisor for a manufacturing client in London, ON.
This position requires previous supervisory as well as hands-on construction/home improvement industry experience.

Responsibilities: (Not limited to)
- Monitor customer service calendar, performance of service technicians and inventory.
- Prepare service quotes and materials and supplies’ requisitions.
- Identify and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions.
- Build positive relationships with customers through phone and email.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of similar supervisory experience.
- 2 years of hands-on construction/home improvement industry experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
