Autodata Solutions is looking for a Bilingual (French-English) Copywriter to join their Windsor Ontario team.

Position Overview:

In your role as a Bilingual Copywriter you will work with us to translate our client’s business needs and objectives into creative solutions as well as make an impact on our organization’s evolution and partner with our high profile clients.  As this role will be placed on-site with one of our clients, you will be required to work professionally and efficiently as an Autodata representative. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chrysler Marketing team on accurately developing industry-friendly English and French option descriptions for Canadian market
• Accurately localize from English to French documentation of vehicle option descriptions in the Chrysler MPI application to ensure descriptions are consistent, product accurate and marketing friendly
• Work with product planning to perform validation of code guides, VOIM and  Monroney Labels  against source data
• Perform end-to-end validation to ensure vehicle  information and build logic is properly implemented on Chrysler Canada’s digital properties
• Review and analyze source documents from the manufacturer to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or missing content
• Act as a data “consultant” when required to provide data expertise to client

Qualifications:

• University degree in Translation or similar preferred
• Bilingual in both written and verbal skills in English and French
• Advanced copy editing skills and understanding of English and French grammar
• Client facing – this role will be onsite at Chrysler Canada HQ in Windsor
• Understanding of vehicle option data/vehicle ordering guides an asset
• Proven proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel with excellent computer and typing skills
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and self motivated
