Shipper, Receiver & Inventory Coordinator

Description 

The PureCare Shipper and Receiver Coordinator oversees the receiving, shipping, management and and verification of all PureCare inventory products.  Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the PureCare Shipper and Receiver is responsible to ensure all PureCare products are received and shipped in a timely and accurate manner.

Your Responsibilities:

• Receives and verifies inbound product deliveries
• Moves received products to proper warehouse locations
• Using our systems to review, identify and finalize customer orders
• Picking and packaging of customer’s PureCare orders
• Prepare required documentation for outbound PureCare shipments
• Tracks shipments and packages and providing customers with POD’s
• General housekeeping, maintenance and efficient organization of warehouse and receiving and shipping areas

 
Your Skills and Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma
• Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• ForkLift Licence an asset
• Knowledge of accounting and billing processes an asset
• Proficient in Windows programs and GMail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be pro-active,  identify and solve problems in a timely manner
