Job Description
Siskinds is one of Southwestern Ontario’s leading law firms. We provide local and national service in virtually all areas of the law including personal injury, business and commercial law, class actions, immigration, labour and employment, family, estates, and litigation. Our team of over 80 lawyers and more than 100 support staff is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
We are looking for someone that has a strong Client Services background (and most preferably from the Hospitality industry).
We are looking to take our Client Experience to new heights and want to invite applications from persons who have lived first hand building client relations, performing client studies, and in the end learning and understanding what makes our clients return, and if/where we disappoint, what are the recommended correction strategies.
Our candidate will be intelligent and enthusiastic (an idea’s person). We need someone who is polished, well spoken, and can write well. Ideally you will have supervisory experience, given the role oversees a team of four persons.
The complement to our role is the Marketing component. If you have marketing administrative experience that would be an asset, however, for the right candidate, this can be learned.
And finally, we also need someone who enjoys technology, is computer literate, and wants to delve even more, given much of what we do will involve the best of technical efficiencies.
