In the Bilingual Broker Services Representative role, you would be working with members that have Home and Auto Insurance policies. You would be assisting with resolving product and service issues, answering questions and providing information regarding product and services. You would also be responsible for providing quality service while adhering to customer service standards.

What do you need to have to exceed in the Bilingual broker Services Representative role?
- A RIBO license or willingness to obtain
- Post-secondary school education
- Experience working in personal automotive and property insurance would be considered an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications
- Availability to work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
- MUST be fully bilingual in French and English - both written and verbal
