Standardize is a London, ON based startup looking to reinvent the way companies across the world recruit. We are creating software that allows hiring managers to become more efficient and accurate by building tests that quickly and precisely measure a candidate’s abilities.

You'll need to have...
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript
- Expert knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL (we're mostly on MySQL)
- A strong commitment to quality and delighting the user
- Passionate about UI/UX and that should reflect in your work
- 5+ years of experience building web applications
It’d be great if you have...
- Experience with PHP development
- Experience building WCAG accessible web applications
- Experience with version control systems such as GIT
- Experience working with data-handling via AJAX, JSON, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with front end testing tools like Mocha, Selenium, etc.
- Experience leading a team of software developers
