Autodata Solutions is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources team in their London office. 


Position Overview:

You will be motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ultimately eager to learn.  As the HR Business Partner, you will provide front line service delivery with all employees such including: hands-on expertise in employee relations, coaching, development, compensation, conflict management and training.  The Business Partner is instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs and places considerable focus on retention, scaling and culture issues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR practices and processes that create an effective, high-performing organization
  • Establish and maintain initiatives that drive performance management, career development, career road maps and development plans
  • Advise functional and department Managers on compensation, incentives, reward programs, employee turnover, absenteeism, work demands, employee training requests, morale, motivation, and help resolve or recommend improvements and solutions
  • Collaborate with Managers and help administer performance improvement plans for employees
  • Collect data on market compensation and demonstrated ongoing awareness of internal equity
  • Collaborate with Managers and the Recruitment team to evaluate, screen, interview applicants and process internal employee changes such as: leaves, title changes, promotions/pay changes, role changes, etc
  • Create, organize and facilitate corporate training initiatives including: performance management, JIRA, Crisis Response, Bill 168, AODA, Respect in the Workplace, etc.

Qualifications:
  • College Diploma or University degree in Human Resource discipline or 10+ years equivalent work experience
  • CHRP designation an asset
  • 10+ years experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Superior computer skills with MS Office products, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent documentation, interview and diplomacy skills
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast paced and diverse environment
