Job Description
3M is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Oral Care Solutions Division, located in London, ON. The successful candidate will make an impact by driving marketing strategy and execution within the dental segment. The portfolio includes Filtek™ Dental Composites, Scotchbond™ Universal Adhesive and Clinpro 5000 leading brands within the dental segment in Canada.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage this key portfolio within the dental segment, including sales forecasting, budgeting and P&L management
- Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, working closely with Sales to ensure alignment and relevance in the Canadian dental market
- Collaborate with the Digital & Marketing Communications Manager and global business team to develop key messaging, and create marketing tools and collateral for Canadian dentists and patients
- Lead commercialization of new products – working closely with Clinical Education, Sales and other functional areas to maximize impact in the Canadian marketplace
- Collect and analyze consumer data, market research, and sales reports to the develop/adjust the strategic direction for the portfolio
Basic Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary education
- 2 years of marketing experience
- Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional groups (Supply Chain, Business Services, Marketing Communications, Operations)
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- P&L experience
