OES, Inc. is a London, Ontario based company specializing in the design and manufacture of application specific, electronic control products and systems, serving a broad range of industries. 

OES Inc. has an opportunity for an ambitious and goal oriented individual with a passion for graphic design and written communications, plus, an affinity for all things technical. This is a 12 month internship with the possibility of employment after completion. This individual will report to the Marketing Coordinator and assist with projects that support OES business development.
 

• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe and Creative Cloud Suite
• A strong understanding of various social media platforms
• The ability to effectively plan and organize tasks with diligent attention to detail
• An educational background in graphic design and communications
• Demonstrated ability to carry out tasks independently and meet tight deadlines
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in marketing and communications
• A desire to work in a driven and dynamic environment

You’ll get to…

• Assist with the execution of a wide range of design projects (digital and print formats)
• Create graphic layouts for internal and external communications (including spec sheets, proposals, brochures, etc.)
• Update social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Collect and confirm accuracy of technical content from internal sources to be used for final marketing pieces
• Provide status updates to OES Sales and Marketing team
• Assist with the maintenance of OES websites
• Maintain the integrityof corporate branding
