Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator for a 2-3 month temporary position.
The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative and logistical support to the Chief Communications Officer and other leaders within in the team. They will be the main point of contact between staff, faculty, partners and stakeholders related to the Communication’s team portfolio, providing information and assistance in response to inquiries and scheduling.
Other duties include:
Support projects
Organize events
Create and execute schedules
Ideal candidate
3 years' administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a large/corporate organization
Strong sense of accountability and initiative
Collaborate with various stakeholders using tact and diplomacy
Knowledge of common office procedures and best practices
Detail-oriented with an ability to function and process information with high levels of accuracy
Wage: $23-$25/hour
