Alliance is looking for Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

As a result of our growing business, we are looking for talented, dedicated and enthusiastic people to join our client focused environment as permanent Inbound Customer Service Agents.
 

Position Details:

  • As one of our valued Spanish Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Agents, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our many well known and established North American clients.
  • Rate of pay - $13.50/hr plus monthly bonus
  • Health, Dental and Vision Benefits fully paid for by Alliance!
  • A comprehensive training program and ongoing support/mentoring from our team leaders

 

Position Qualifications:
 

  • An ability to work 7 days a week with Flexible Availability
  • Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English (Spanish language skills also required)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format
  • Proficient computer/keyboarding skills(Windows based environment)-candidates who demonstrate superior computer skills will be given preference
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
