Express is recruiting for a HR Generalist with a not for profit client in London, ON. This position reports to the Director of HR.
4-5 months contract role  with possibility of extension(35 hours/week)

Responsibilities ( Not limited to:)

• Lead the full recruitment cycle and assist with performance reviews
• Administer the employee insurance programs; reconcile benefit statements;
• Health and safety; absence and disability/Claims management
• Answering employee requests and questions relating to HR
• Ensure compliance with government legislation

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of well rounded HR experience; not for profit experience a definite asset
• Post secondary education in HR
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
