We are currently recruiting for experienced Bilingual Contact Centre Representatives that are interested in being part of a team committed to superior customer service.

- Responsible for handling outbound calls to customers and sell products and services.
- Provide consistent customer service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
- Identify sales opportunities and refer clients to other appropriate business units within the company.
- Receive extensive training on products and sales to ensure your success in the role.
- Recognize that sales are the highest form of customer service.
- Required to meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Able to communicate with customers in English and French.
- You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales.
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
- Pay excellent attention to detail and able accurately process transactions.
- Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record.
- Candidates must be enthusiastic team players and willing to take an active role in campaigns and business initiatives.
Part time hours available with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.
Applicants must be flexible to work a rotating schedule. Shifts include Monday to Friday between 1pm-9pm with flexibility to work to 11pm. Saturdays between 10am-6pm.
Payrate is $18.72 per hour plus 4% vacation pay. Evening shift payrate is $ 19.82 per hour plus 4% vacation pay, and over time shift payrate is $29.73 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
