Job Description
We are seeking a receivables clerk to manage our pharmacy services to long-term care. You will be working at head office and at the pharmacy in cnetral and north London Ontario.

Role and Responsibilities
You will be reporting to the corporate accountant while managing all aspects of the receivables function for pharmaceutical sales to long-term care facilities and retirement homes.
- Creating and maintaining a database of resident names and contact information
- Preparing invoices for the end consumers or for their powers of attorney
- Receiving payments and entering them into our automated accounting system
- Tracking outstanding accounts and collecting on those amounts
- Working with the pharmacy team to ensure that billing is accurate and timely
- Working with the accounting team to ensure that records accurately reflect invoicing
- Working with residents and their powers of attorney to resolve issues
Qualifications
- Works well independently and in a team approach
- Experience in billing for pharmacy is an asset
- Experience with “Sage” accounting is an asset
- Able to demonstrate sense and sensitivity in the collection of accounts
