Job Description

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities
Primary duties will include coding, entering, verifying and reconciling accounts payable transactions, running day end procedures, posting the day's receipts, filing and tallying deposits, cheques, invoices, and cheque requisitions. Other responsibilities will include the compilation of expenses, tracking costs and the performance of related clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems. Career advancement and promotion based on successful and value added job performance. .
