Client Support Specialist
Our client, in London, Ontario, is currently seeking a Client Support Specialist on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have both sales and customer service experience, with strong social media knowledge and comprehension. Job Duties:
- Work with team members to ensure that customers experience industry leading support
- Prospecting and generating account leads
- Identify any new opportunities in existing customer base for sales team
- Manage the onboarding process for all new customers/clients
- Lead and manage all customer communications
- Deliver all corporate and product update presentations to customers as required
- Manage all client renewals
- Other duties as required
- Minimum of 2 years' of experience in a customer service or sales position
- Completion of a University or College degree; preference given to Marketing, Business or Communications specialties
- Significant knowledge and experience in Social Media
- Experience with CRM Systems
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, retain flexibility and maintain composure under pressure
- Experience maintaining project schedules, documentation, communications and meeting deadlines
- Experience in the law enforcement industry considered an asset
