Client Support Specialist
Our client, in London, Ontario, is currently seeking a Client Support Specialist on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have both sales and customer service experience, with strong social media knowledge and comprehension. 
 
Job Duties:
  • Work with team members to ensure that customers experience industry leading support
  • Prospecting and generating account leads
  • Identify any new opportunities in existing customer base for sales team
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new customers/clients
  • Lead and manage all customer communications
  • Deliver all corporate and product update presentations to customers as required
  • Manage all client renewals
  • Other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' of experience in a customer service or sales position
  • Completion of a University or College degree; preference given to Marketing, Business or Communications specialties
  • Significant knowledge and experience in Social Media
  • Experience with CRM Systems
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, retain flexibility and maintain composure under pressure
  • Experience maintaining project schedules, documentation, communications and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in the law enforcement industry considered an asset
Compensation: Base salary of $35-38,000 + commission & bonuses!
