Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, communicating and implementing efficient, cost-effective technical solutions to meet stakeholder, business and operational needs that maximizes the benefit of IT system investments. Duties include eliciting, defining, analyzing and documenting project and/or corporate process requirements from all stakeholders, using the most appropriate tools and methodologies available. Organize, translate, simplify, manage and communicate the requirements to drive: the design, the review of test cases, process change and manage the technical solution's scope, acceptance, installation, implementation and deployment.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably in the life sciences field.  Applicants must have a minimum of one to two post-secondary certification in a relevant field of study (business/computer science).  The successful candidate must exhibit the following skills: self-motivation with strong communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive results.  Strong attention to detail and keenness to understand the importance of building collaborative relationships to achieve results.  Ability to engage in continuous learning and self-development.  Ability to continually foster team work. Dutch language is an asset.
