Job Details
CARPROOF is looking for an Account Performance Manager to be the subject matter expert on CARPROOF products and services. This includes understanding all potential use-cases and communicating the ROI of implementing best practices with our key strategic partners.
In this position, you will:
- Build relationships with our dealer partners
- Provide coaching and training to increase usage of CARPROOF’s products and services in all applicable dealership departments
- Monitor account behaviors and workflow, and build action plans to accomplish objectives
- Provide and review monthly reports with key external stakeholders
- Identify additional revenue opportunities and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute strategic plans
- Represent your customers to both the Marketing and Product Management departments by actively providing marketing and product feedback
Approximately 25% of the Account Performance Manager’s time will be spent in dealerships and 75% of their time will be in the London, ON head office.
Depending on the successful incumbent’s level of experience, there is potential for this to become a Senior Account Performance Manager role.
Position Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Sales and Retention Manager, you will:
- Maintain and maximize revenue across your client-base through:
- Increasing product utilization and customer retention through the demonstration of product use-cases and their ROI
- Establishing a coaching relationship with assigned accounts
- Reviewing monthly product usage reports with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on executing plans for dealer groups and dealerships in your region
- Actively engage with at least 8 clients per day
- Prepare and execute presentations to demonstrate value in the CARPROOF family of products
- Perform effective training and demos on how to use our products, and address any resulting questions or concerns
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement at CARPROOF, including process and products
- Leverage our CRM database to identify opportunities, run reports, and track and maintain accounts
Experience and Skills Required
- A background demonstrating your competitive nature
- Dealership or extensive industry experience
- Proven track record that demonstrates a will to win
- Excellent time management skills
- A positive attitude and desire to celebrate wins
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Very adept at identifying and solving problems

This full-time position includes base salary commensurate with experience, performance bonuses, health/dental benefits and an optional RRSP match program.
