We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team in London, Ontario.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the successful candidate will:
 

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound communications
• Draft sales proposal documents and assist with RFP response submissions
• Document and track qualified sales opportunities for further development and closure
• Set up meetings or calls with prospective clients
• Administer the CRM database
• Assist with gathering of necessary testing input information from customers and enter the information into the CRM/PM systems

• Experience and comfort with cold calling potential clients
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills along with the ability to understand customers’ needs
• Independent and motivated individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Highly organized and capable of working with and managing deadlines
• Prior experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM an asset
• Experience working in customer service and sales an asset (call center or retail)
• Ability to travel on a minimal basis for occasional trade shows an asset
