Job Description
OES Scoreboards, a division of OES Inc., designs and manufactures scoreboards and related sports timing equipment. OES Scoreboards products are found in elementary and secondary schools, city and club recreation centers and arenas, colleges, universities, and professional venues throughout North America.
The Inside Sales Representative is the main point of contact to Sales Representatives and Dealers who are representing OES Scoreboards in the USA. The Inside Sales Representative works well in a team setting, is passionate about sports and athletics, and is driven to exceed customer expectations. - A passion for sports
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills
- A minimum of two (2) years working in Administration, Sales, or related position
- A degree and/or diploma in Office Administration, Business, Sales or related program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present to both technical and non-technical people
- Strong computer skills (including the ability to work well in Microsoft Office Suite)
- The ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Experience using Relationship Management Software
- The ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- The ability to travel (less than 10%)
- Work with people who are passionate about sports
- Provide administrative sales support to outside Sales Representative and Dealers, including: preparing quotations, document management, CRM maintenance and product information materials.
- Research and identify new business leads within the defined territory and communicate opportunities to the appropriate Sales Representative
- Provide strong customer support and ensure customer purchase orders are complete and accurate
- Coordinate Purchase Order processing by monitoring schedules and regular communication with other departments
- Travel to educate customers (as required - less than 10% travel)
- Collaborate within a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team
