TEMPORARY FRENCH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE INSTRUCTOR
The School of Adult, Alternative and Continuing Education at the G.A. Wheable Centre requires Temporary French as a Second Language Instructors for temporary assignments. They must be prepared to deliver the program provided for single day absences and prepare lessons for longer terms.
Qualifications: TESL ONTARIO ACCREDITATION AND FLUENCEY IN ORAL/WIRTTEN IN FRENCH IS REQUIRED.
If you have a minimum of an undergraduate degree, including formal training in Adult ESL/FSL instruction and an awareness and sensitivity to cultural and sociological issues please consider this position. Experience with the delivery of educational programming, ideally with adult learners, is an asset.
Location: FSL classes are offered in a variety of locations at various times throughout the Thames Valley District School Board.
Rate of pay: $27.84 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
Duties to Commence: As soon as possible
