We are currently looking for a full-time Technical Applications Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. We offer competitive wages, flexible hours, group benefits and option to participate in a company supported RRSP plan.
The Technical Applications Specialist role offers a unique blend of utilizing technical skills with inside sales activities. The successful candidate will be personable, technical and organized. While performing duties within the role you will work with technical drawings, communicate with HVAC market professionals across North America and interact with both Manufacturing and Engineering departments.

Responsibilities
- Support of inside and outside sales members (reps, engineers, business partners, team members etc)
- Prepare price quotations and supporting documentation
- Update and maintain sales schedules and spreadsheets
- Clearly communicate technical information to business partners and internal manufacturing
- Primary contact for project details and status from business partners through phone calls and emails
- Coordinating projects with business partners from design stage to project completion
- Additional duties as required by management
Desired Work Experience & Education
- Experience in electrical, refrigeration, air flow properties or any HVAC equipment would be an asset
- 2 or 4 year Technical Diploma would be a definite asset
- CAD experience would be advantageous
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate with business partners in a professional manner
- Solid work ethic
- High level of computer competency; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and handle short and long term projects
