Oakridge Animal Clinic Professional Corporation is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist for a multi-faceted individual that would like to join our upbeat, diverse, team in Blue. You MUST have PREVIOUS VETERINARY EXPERIENCE to be considered for this position!

Our Candidate MUST have previous Veterinary Clinic Experience in addition to:

  • Motivation, Adaptability, Drive, Enthusiasm
  • High Energy ( We are a VERY Hoppin’ Clinic)
  • Veterinary Clinic Experience ( Reception, Assisting Technicians and Veterinarians)
  • Compassion and care for animals and their humans
  • Keen interest and knowledge in animal health and wellness
  • Experience in a forward-facing client service role. You WILL be FRONT FACING, the FIRST IMPRESSION to our clients( This requires excellent communication and patience( Both in person and telephone skills)
  • Technical Skills ( Abilities to learn new computer software quickly)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb multi-tasking skills ( the ability to juggle tasks and excel in an extremely fast paced environment) and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this role
  • The confidence to problem solve effectively. Applying solutions to re-occurring situations as well as be able to innovate new ways to overcome new challenges that pop up.
  • A strong desire for cleanliness and organization
  • A team player who likes to build personal relationships with staff, clients and patients
