If you find, coordinating a marketing team, keeping them on point and owning communication with cross functional teams across Canada exciting, then this job is for you! Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in everyday tasks and own communication with the broader and cross functional teams across Canada
- Assist Professional Services HIM team with client training requirements in a supporting role, including managing training registration, email communications, and other associated collateral
- Run invoice data reports to prepare monthly client billings
- Manage vendor payments
- Assist sales team with preparing market, customer or other standard reports
- Coordinate with marketing team in managing logistic preparations for trade shows, webinars and other events
An ideal candidate has:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or Health Information
- Previous experience in the health care or software industry
- Certification as a Health Information Management Professional
- Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing
- Minimum of 3-5 years in similar roles or marketing experience
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional groups
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
