We are looking for an experienced, financial administrative assistant to provide support and superior customer service to our clients.
 
Ford Keast Wealth Management Inc. is a local, independent Financial Planning and Wealth Management provider affiliated with Independent Accountants Investment Counsel.  We are a unique and growing operation that offers a variety of services at our central London location. Our clients enjoy personal service and sound, strategic advice for their financial planning needs and goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Provide a high level of defined administrative services and support to advisors, clients, co-workers and Head Office staff
  • New business documentation preparation, processing and follow-up
  • Contribute to the highest level of client service through all forms of client communication
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships in a team atmosphere both internally and externally.
  • Maintenance and updating of the client data base and files
  • Liaise with Head Office as well as various other business related partners
  • Preparation of payroll and various government remittances and payables
  • Understand ethical behaviour and business practices and ensure own behavior aligns with the values of the organization
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills; strong attention to detail for document preparation and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and possess the ability for learning new technology systems.
  • Able to work independently when given overall goals and expectations
  • Knowledge of investment industry-related products.
  • 2-3 years of experience within the financial services industry would be an asset
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Pro and/ or FP Solutions would be an asset
