Express is recruiting for an Office Administrator for a progressive client in London. Our client is known for providing premium customer service and has doubled their revenues from last year. This is an evaluation hire role with a strong potential to become full time permanent.
Responsibilities (Not limited to:)
- Prepare HR policies and procedures
- Managing all the administrative tasks including filing; creating reports; scheduling etc.
- Handling external and internal communication with the clients
- Participate in purchasing; tracking and inventory management
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of experience as an Office manager/Executive Assistant
- Experience with HR; purchasing; AP/AR and project management is required
- Technical expertise with MS office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Working hours: 8am-5pm; should be flexible for after-hours on a needed basis
