ToyotaTown is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their dynamic team:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive work requests along with vehicle keys from designated point of contacts
• Opening work orders and assign work to the Technicians or Detailers
• Cost and close all Repair Orders for which work is completed
• Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions
• Process and complete appropriate checklists and warranty registration for above vehicles

Qualifications:

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds
• Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environment
