Job Description
Do you have bookkeeping and customer service experience? We are looking for a motivated individual who is comfortable working independently, and is familiar with both Bookkeeping/Accounting skills, as well as Customer Service. Candidate must be able to start ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Matching, coding, and posting vendor invoices with packing slips and purchase orders
•Filing
•Electronic filing
•Reconciliation of statements
•Communications with vendors and branches via email and telephone
•Month end duties
Job Qualifications:
•Post Secondary Education in Financial Accounting
•Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, & Excel are required
•Attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
•Good communication skills both written and verbal
•Good time-management and organizational skills
•Experience with KARMAK an asset
•Ability to excel in a high volume, fast paced environment
