GCW is currently looking to add a Showroom & Design Assistant to our Sales & Design team in London!

The Showroom & Design Assistant is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to clients and customers.  Working together alongside the rest of the Design and Sales team, you’ll reach the common goals and objectives of our clients and help make our clients design dreams a reality. Each day will look different as you play a vital part in achieving our client’s cabinetry desires and make an impact in their everyday lives.

Some primary responsibilities and duties can include: 

  • Greet, assist and guide clients through our showroom with confidence and excitement
  • Some administrative tasks including opening and closing the showroom
  • Maintaining showroom organization and product samples
  • Assist the Sales and Design team and Sales Manager with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls
  • Assist Designers in showroom meetings
  • Using our Cabinet Vision and Vortek Spaces design software to draw, develop and prepare client presentation packages for our Sr. Design team from initial ideas, sketches, architectural drawings, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.

  • Has some experience using design software. Cabinet Vision software experience would be considered an asset

Considered Assets:

  • Cabinet Vision software experience
  • Post-Secondary Education in a related discipline would be considered an asset
     

Education:  High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Training in a postsecondary education is preferred but not required.
