Job Description

Allen Professional Search London office is currently recruiting for a Payroll Clerk for their client, a recognized leader in the community.

This is a permanent opportunity that requires a detail oriented, organized and self-motivated individual to provide a high level of service.

 

Responsibilities:

-           Review and enter employee time sheets for two bi-weekly payrolls with a combined staff of over 1000

-           Review and process new hire packages, staff changes and terminations

-           Administer payroll deductions for donations, benefits and pension contributions

-           Process ROE’s as necessary

-           Maintain employee files

-           Answer staff inquiries

-           Communicate with all departments/ branches

-           Support Payroll/HR Supervisor with month end, year end, T4s and other projects

 

Qualifications:

-           Post secondary diploma/degree in a related discipline

-           Minimum 3 years payroll experience a must

-           Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment

-           Analytical, excellent communication, and computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook

-           Attention to detail, strong work ethic, teamwork
