In our American Express Performance Coach position, you will be responsible for providing the coaching, feedback, development and support required to help Sales Representatives achieve the sales and lead requirements of our client.  This role requires excellent selling skills as well as the ability to understand the elements of exemplary customer service.  You must have the ability to help motivate the team to reach targets and goals set out.

The hours of our campaigns run from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday or 1pm - 9pm Monday - Friday.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a contact centre an asset
  • Can demonstrate and explain the mechanics behind excellent customer service and sales achievement.
  • Ability to coach, develop and motivate a diverse team of CCR’s
  • Minimum of Secondary School Graduation Diploma. 
  • High level of professionalism to interact with Corporate customers
  • Ability to analyze reports to identify trends, issues and anomalies and clearly communicate findings to the appropriate parties

What you'll do:

  • Build a high performance sales team through one on one coaching
  • Effectively communicate and achieve sales targets
  • Present product training material to new and current representatives when required
  • Ensure representatives exceed quality standards through establishment of performance objectives, feedback and recognition
  • Work collaboratively with Campaign Manager and Head Coach
