Talentcor London is currently recruiting for our client, a London based multi-national organization considered a leader in the manufacturing sector.
We are currently recruiting for a Chargeback Analyst
Primary Responsibilities
- Monthly claims processing for a large volume of distributors which includes analyzing and resolving errors to get the chargeback claim validated and released for payment.
- Ensure all credit adjustments are issued timely and accurately based on requirements.
- Manage and process distributor resubmits within division policy.
- Operational relationship with assigned distributors to reduce errors, improve data quality and improve overall processing time.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate to Sales Operations Supervisor.
- Communicate and work with assigned distributors to resolve disputed claims.
- Ensure all necessary written documentation is available and updated to support chargeback transactions in the event of an audit.
- Manage and monitor assigned metrics on a monthly basis.
- Involvement in activities that ensure that chargeback team is ERP ready.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Analyst working in chargebacks, pricing, contracts
- and/or finance is required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with data and having direct contact with the
- distributor is required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with MS Excel, pivot tables, and formulas is required.
- One (1) year of experience within a Business Services is preferred.
- Existing knowledge of chargeback claims processing and order management systems and/or demonstrated ability to learn and apply systems knowledge.
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Awareness of LEAN processes.
- Knowledge of POSE application and MS Excel is desired.
- Ability to effectively manage high volume of work on a monthly basis.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
