Your Responsibilities:
- Being a Team Player.
- Meeting individual Performance Goals.
- Demonstrating the outlined Customer Service Expectations.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of our plans, our products and the technology we use to assist our customers.
- Executing assigned daily tasks, including written and verbal communication with diplomacy and grace.
- Delivering effective communication with customers, teammates and management.
- Customer Service- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond with patience and empathy to customer inquiries, solicit customer feedback to improve service, respond promptly to requests for service/assistance and meet commitments.
- Interpersonal Skills- Focus on solving conflict without placing blame; maintain confidentiality, listen to others without interrupting, keep emotions under control, remain open to others’ ideas and be willing to try new things.
- Oral Communication- Listen and seek clarification when needed; respond well to questions, participate in meetings.
- Teamwork- Balance team and individual responsibilities while exhibiting objectivity and composure, provide and welcome feedback, contribute to building a positive team spirit, prioritize the success of the team above own interests. Ability to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives and support everyone’s efforts to succeed.
- Comfortable with changing requirements and gaining new knowledge.
- Education and or Experience: High school diploma and one year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of sales and service experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, ability to follow detailed instructions both written and verbal.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedure, ability to apply problem solving skills.
- Ability to be consistent, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal detailed instructions.
