- Development of new customers in an assigned territory
- Ability to clearly communicate client focused business solutions
- Educating clients on Manpower’s products and service offerings
- Meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Driving customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships
- Recruitment of top talent and building a pool of candidates
- Minimum 3 years staffing industry or B2B sales experience, direct hire or professional search experience are definite assets.
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Attitude and commitment for life-long learning and professional career development
- Understanding of strategic sales planning, time and territory management, customer relationship building and customer value creation, e-business technologies
- Solid working knowledge and intermediate navigational proficiency of MS Office applications
