The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 

• Development of new customers in an assigned territory
• Ability to clearly communicate client focused business solutions
• Educating clients on Manpower’s products and service offerings
• Meeting and exceeding sales expectations
• Driving customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships
• Recruitment of top talent and building a pool of candidates

Preferred candidates will possess;
 

• Minimum 3 years staffing industry or B2B sales experience, direct hire or professional search experience are definite assets.
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Attitude and commitment for life-long learning and professional career development
• Understanding of strategic sales planning, time and territory management, customer relationship building and customer value creation, e-business technologies
• Solid working knowledge and intermediate navigational proficiency of MS Office applications
