Event Sales Representative

 
Kognitive Marketing looking to expand its travel team with energetic and driven representatives. This exciting opportunity comes with high earning potential, paid training, travel and a fun team environment.

A Unique Opportunity!

• Travel to various locations with a group of likeminded sales enthusiasts
• Hotel accommodation and food stipend ($15 per overnight) offered for overnight trips, gas mileage for extensive travel where applicable
• Weekly schedule: 4 days on with 3 days off in most cases, weekend availability required

 
The Role:

• Promote the features and benefits of our client's financial service products within a retail environment at an event style booth
• Build face-to-face customer relationships
• Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge
• Recognize customer needs to share the most relevant product knowledge
• Help customers complete online applications using a touch screen tablet
• Meet or exceed weekly performance targets

 
Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, personable and career-oriented
• Ability to influence new customers and walk-ins
• Sales, Retail, Call Center and Customer Service or Hospitality experience is preferred
• Ability to learn and navigate computerized system (touch screen tablets)

 
Compensation:

• Competitive Salary of $11.00- $15.00/hour with average earners making $13.00 (Base pay or commission whichever is highest)
• Paid Extensive Training Program
• Hotel, mileage and food costs where applicable
• Flexible benefits package offered to full time Representatives after 3 months of full time employment
