Four (4) students are required in the Cataloguing Services, a branch of Library Services, to be involved in completing inventory of the library collections in schools; processing catalogued resources; sorting, packing and unpacking boxes of books.
 
Candidates must be 16 years of age or older, currently attending school full time and must be
returning to school full time in 2017 September. Submit a copy of your current school timetable

Qualifications              
The successful candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle and valid G-2 driver’s license. Travel to schools in TVDSB is a requirement for this role.
 
Dates of Employment: Monday, 2017 May 01 to  Friday, 2017 August 25 (3 students)
                                   Tuesday, 2017 July 04 to Friday, 2017 August 25 (1 Students)

Hours of Work:             35 hours per week
                                    2017 May 01 to 2017 June 30
                                    Monday-Friday: 0800 -1530 with a ½ hour unpaid lunch
                                    2017 July 04 to 2017 August 25
                                    Monday-Thursday: 0745-1600 with a ½ hour unpaid lunch
                                    Friday-0800-1200
 
Rate of Pay:                  $12.75 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
