Accountabilities

• Responsible for leading the Quality function within the organization.
• Leads the implementation of Quality programs (for products, services and processes) within the company, including KPM development and reporting.
• Collects, organizes, monitors and distributes information related to quality and process improvement functions, including but not limited to compliance to and documentation of quality management standards, such as ISO 9001.
• Responsible for preparing for, coordinating, hosting, and following up on internal and external ISO audits.
• Inspects audits and reports on materials, processes, products, and services using variable or attribute measuring instruments and techniques to ensure conformance with the company's quality standards.
• Responsible for all quality improvement issues related to suppliers of materials, products or services used in development or manufacturing; assesses potential new suppliers; works with suppliers to develop and improve entire supply chain.
• Responsible for overseeing resolution of corrective actions initiated internally or externally.
• Works closely with Engineering, Software Development, Manufacturing and other departments to facilitate and drive quality improvements within the organization.

 
Educational Requirements  

• Engineering degree or Minimum college diploma in a technical or scientific field
• >5 years of experience in a QC/QA capacity, preferably in a manufacturing/ engineering/ software as a service (SAAS) environment.
