Job Description

Do you have clerical experience in an office setting? Do you have excellent customer service skills and you are used to working in a fast paced environment? We may have the job for you!
 
 
What We Have To Offer:
 
 
  • Part Time (Roughly 25 hrs/week)
  • On-going Position (Potential for Permanent Hire)
  • $14-16/hr depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday (Flexible Hours)
  • Vacation Pay
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
  • Enter data from various trip envelopes and receipts
  • Organizing and scanning log books
  • Photocopying and filing documents into proper files
  • Updating the information board
  • Answering phones, inbound and outbound calls
  • Contact drivers to help them solve problems and answer any questions
  • Other office duties as required
 
Job Qualifications:
 
  • 1 year of clerical/office experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, someone who is easy going and very personable
  • Experience making outbound calls
  • MUST be detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
