Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be quick to learn new software and processes with advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel.
 
Duties:
  • Creating new project/campaigns in internal software applications
  • CRM work to keep all campaign and sales pipeline activity up to date
  • Enter, filter and sort large amounts of data
  • Liaising with clients to get campaign information in a timely manner
  • Liaising with print houses and data companies to ensure letter proofs and data are being moved thru the process efficiently
  • Monitor all stages of the campaign to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 year College Diploma; Administration or Marketing areas preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Administrative experience, preferably in a role required to  handle large amounts of data
  • Attention to detail and advanced MS Office skills; must have exceptional Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Excellent time management and organization skills 
  • Must have superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience considered an asset
  • Experience working within an automotive dealership and/or within the industry considered an asset
  • French/English bilingual considered an asset
Hours:  Full time, Monday-Friday daytime hours

Compensation: $16-20/hour
