Job Description

On behalf of our client in St. Thomas, Ontario, we are currently recruiting for a full time Data Entry Clerk on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with JD Edwards and MS Access.
 
Duties (may include and not limited to)
  • Inputting alpha and numeric data into various spreadsheets via MS Excel
  • Data entry of labour data into JD Edwards
  • Adding and correcting entries as needed
  • Typing at a speed above 50wpm; accurately
  • General administrative duties as needed (filing, scanning, etc)
Requirements
  • Minimum of a College diploma
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in a data entry or related role
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Experience working with JD Edwards and/or Oracle required
  • Must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify errors quickly
  • Minimum of 50 wpm typing speed required
  • Flexibility to take on additional tasks as required
Hours 8:00am – 4:30pm
 
Compensation $14.00/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
